From the intro page:

I made this guidebook because I need this guidebook. I hope it’s helpful for you too. What’s unique about this book is that it caters to the fact that although we are all humans that share basic needs, we all process and feel things a little differently. What works for me might not work for you. Rather than me just giving you specific advice, I’m inviting you to compile and organize the things that work for you, so that you can have a quick go-to reference when you’re struggling. A personalized guidebook to your own mental and emotional health. I find that when I’m in the midst of a depressive episode or filled with anxiety, I sometimes get complete amnesia about how to take care of myself and deal effectively with the situation at hand. Reaching out to a friend is good, and can help, but we know ourselves better than anyone and often have the answers we seek, though they tend to run and hide when we’re in crisis. Likewise, we can fall into unhealthy habits and out of healthy routines, and this affects everything without us realizing it. I really wanted a comprehensive self-care plan all in one place, that I could frequently reference when needed to keep me on a healthy path.

The first book is full of writing prompts with my ruminations and suggestions. The second book is a blank journal for you to write in, in whatever order feels right to you.

Writing prompts outlined in the book:

Nourishing vs. Depleting
Acknowledging my Strengths
Acknowledging my Resilience
Notes to Struggling Self
Evidence Pages
Things I Need to Work On
Intuition vs. Unhealthy Fear
Routines
Meditations
Support (both giving and receiving)
